Swanky Tattoos Refund and Replacement Policy

 

1. Scope

This policy applies to all limited, original artwork sold by Swanky Tattoos.

Due to the nature of our products (limited, original works), refunds are not typically offered.

 

2. Standard Refunds

We do not offer refunds for, or on account of, changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or failure to read product descriptions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All sales are final unless a replacement is approved under the conditions below or a shipping issue is identified.


3. Damaged or Defective Items — Replacement Option

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

You must provide clear proof of damage or defect within [15] days of delivery. Proof may include:

  Photographs showing the damage/defect (including close-ups and the full item in context).

  A brief description of how the damage occurred (if known).

  Original packaging photos if applicable.

Replacement is offered as a like-for-like replacement of similar size and medium, chosen by Swanky Tattoos at our sole discretion and based on current availability. If an exact match is not available, we will offer a replacement of similar value and size.

The replacement option is limited to one replacement per order.


4. Process to Request a Replacement

Contact us within [15] days of delivery at  Booking@swankytattoos.com  with:

   Order number

   Photos/video of the damage or defect

   A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request within [30] business days and determine eligibility.

If approved, we will arrange shipment of the replacement artwork at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged item before sending the replacement; if so, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

You must retain the damaged item and its packaging until the replacement is delivered, unless advised otherwise.


5. Exclusions

This replacement option does not apply to:

  Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery (e.g., intentional damage, improper display methods).

  Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the integrity or value of the artwork.

  Items purchased through unauthorized third-party channels.

We reserve the right to decline a replacement request at our sole discretion if the above conditions are not met or if abuse of the policy is suspected.

    • Customer provides return shipping

    • No restocking fee

    • Final sale items: 5 collections can't be returned
